@plyr.fm is a cool start that is taking shape, though for now I see it being more similar to SoundCloud But it already has ways to only allow to listen if you support the artists (through @atprotofans.com)

@atprotofans.com should I expect to see the payments/payouts in the graze social dashboard too because currently my funding is not showing up there? and since the amounts are not in the records or api results is there any way to get some sort of overview from that, or is something like that planned?

The UI will remain largely unchanged for now but you should expect to see better speeds overall. It also means we’re outgrowing the free tiers of the services we were using, so if you were thinking about becoming a supporter now is a great time atprotofans.com/support/did:... 😘

Pq infelizmente o @atprotofans.com não funciona para brasileiros receber dinheiro no momento (e nem para uma seleção de outros países), Stripe tem várias restrições chatinhas quando a plataforma intermediária é dos EUA (para pagar ele permite, não deixa é configurar a conta para receber dinheiro)

Maybe 1. Pixel Artists could update @sifa.id with an "Open to commission" attribute 2. @openmkt.app could have a page that lists pixel artists open to commission by that Sifa attribute 3. @rpg.actor can have a link to that page so people could purchase pixel art through @at.fund / @atprotofans.com

I am also a hypocrite btw. I had an unkind rant last year about @graze.social ‘s @atprotofans.com name and I’m deeply embarrassed about it still and I don’t know who to apologise to. Someone made that with love and I had a moment about it. We can just be nicer to each other though.

i do think that making money online is a good idea, and i think stuff like @atprotofans.com or @attested.network are cool, but i think you should get paid more for projects or subscriptions than, like $0.50 for making someone laugh once

yeah totally, hopefully we'll see more of that proliferate. @atprotofans.com being a solid first step, eventually @offprint.app will also have paid subscription newsletters. We definitely need ways for people to get paid in all kinds of forms.

Kipclip v0.9 is out 🐥 With this release it becomes possible to become an official Kip supporter, powered by @atprotofans.com The first (and only) gated feature is imports for now. Also some UI tweaks. I really hope this is the start of making kipclip.com a sustainable service for the Atmosphere ❤️
