chavatar.app でのアイコン変更ですが、一部のユーザーでアイコン変更に失敗するタイミングがありました。 1時間ほどずれる可能性もありましたが、同時タイミングで変更実施のユーザーが増えた場合、さらに遅延する可能性もありました。 対策として、数分の時間差（最大59分）が発生しますが、可能な限り変更できる様に調整しました。今後さらにユーザーが増えた場合は改めて調整します。
