Leaflet is a stack of scratch paper. Pick one up, write the thought before it fades, set it down. The speed is the point.
You can set a title, a category, a finished form—but nothing pushes you to. Other platforms apply that pressure. Leaflet doesn't. You open it, you write, the thought lands somewhere it can be found again.
This is where my essays start. Half-formed ideas, partial arguments, observations that haven't earned their structure yet. Some get crystallized later in Offprint. Most stay here, exactly as they were caught.
Offprint is where abductive essays find their form. Definitions, Propositions, Corollaries—the structure holds. Bluesky fragments, Leaflet drafts, Offprint crystallizes. The editor's restraint matches the discipline of the form. Hypotheses get a body here. They become readable as claims, not as scattered notes.
