Today we swapped out Sifa's custom location type for @lexicon.community's community.lexicon.location.address, the shape @smokesignal.events and others already use We use this for both account locations, and locations for career and education items (all optional of course). #interop

Yeah - but think it could also be quite automated when using @openmeet.net / @smokesignal.events - as an event you create a record in your PDS with a list of similar events-hosting at:protocol entities in your area. Then a calendar with all events is a view on this and you see when planning where..

今回のミートアップに関連するでもなくの話として、イベントの参加/不参加は smokesignal.events があるけど、もっと活用があっても良さそう。 Blueskyアカウントがなくても参加できるイベントだと使い所難しいけど、もし対象者がatprotocol/Blueskyのユーザーに限定されてるなら、せっかくなら活用できたらおもしろいな。と。 ただ本家はUIが英語ベースになってるので、単に仕組みを活用して日本語圏コミュニティが使いやすいUIにして出すのもありなのかも。
