goat is a general-purpose Go CLI tool for the AT Protocol, sort of like curl for the network. It can fetch at:// URIs, inspect identities, monitor the firehose, migrate accounts, administer PDS instances, make raw XRPC calls, and support Lexicon development workflows such as pulling, linting, diffing, and publishing schemas.
