Could also be cool to get some lens-structured interop set up with @chive.pub and @layers.pub via @idiolect.dev. A potentially nice test case for idiolect. (Currently working on layers infrastructure in idiolect too.)

Closed enums across the lexicon family have been converted to knownValues + vocabRef pointers (similar to @chive.pub). Codegen emits Rust enums with Other(String) fallback and TS as 'a' | 'b' | (string & {}). Each open enum gets is_subsumed_by, satisfies, and translate_to methods over a VocabGraph.

Thanks Jim! Yes (see Lea & @chive.pub) but: 1. integrating this into the bluesky app (somehow) would be the game changer imo 2. the survival of atproto (probably) requires the survival of Bluesky PBC, & there's massive $$ in sci pub 3. The customers (scientists) are desperate for something better

Itβs due to the technology behind Bluesky. @chive.pub is a preprint journal using the same tech. @margin.at can be used to see annotations of papers, a peer review system built on this concept would be more social and reusable than existing extensions due to this tech, etc. Also checkout oxa.dev
