Korean LeatCode; BOJ is shutting down. In #atproto, we already have a decentralized CI runner: @tangled.org spindle and a way to vouch peoples skill in decentralized manner: @atvouch.dev technically, this kind of service is basically a CI runner. technically, scoring can be done by vouching. hmmm 🤔
